We have blocked rooms for the Round-Up 2023 weekend for a Friday 9/29 (check-in) to Sunday 10/1 (check-out). Please use the provided links to book rooms or call the hotel and give them the Group Name "The Round-Up 2023." 

If you are interested in extending your stay by another night, Monday, Oct. 2nd (check-out), please call the hotel. The rate may not be at a group rate but it will be significantly less than your previous nights. The Round-Up falls on Ring Day in Aggieland and fri./sat. night hotel rates reflect that. Sunday night rates are back to "normal."
